The NSW Doctors Orchestra is a classical orchestra of doctors and medical students from all areas of NSW who come together at least annually to play in aid of charities in both the arts and medicine.

Fundraising for the Charities:

Musical:

Sydney Eisteddfod - funding the “NSW Drs Orchestra Sydney Eisteddfod Instrumental Scholarship” for 16-25 year olds.

Medical:

Freedom Across Australia - an activity of the Gosford region Lions Club providing escorted touring throughout Australia for people with disability.

Mission Statement

Musicus Medicus aims to improve the health and wellbeing of Australians by using the universal language of music to raise money for charities in medicine and the arts.
